In the year 2015 this agency has entered into an agreement with several local agents in China mainland. These local agents advise their clients on investments in solid real estate across the world.
The first project of Netherlands & Curaçao China Investment Agency N.V. was the purchase and renovation of the Atlanta Beach Hotel in Willemstad Curaçao. The Atlanta Beach Hotel has 11 rooms and is a popular spot for divers from all over the world. After the extension and renovation a new state of the art building will be completed that houses at least 120 luxury hotel rooms.
Netherlands & Curaçao China Investment Agency N.V. has also entered into a partnership with 3 Dutch project developers in order to spread the investments and minimize the risks for its investors.
